England
In England, NatCen (National Centre for Social Research) use our services for its Internet-related projects and its CAWI surveys in particular.
France
In France, AOL, like the CSA institute, puts us in charge of programming and hosting their CAWI surveys.
The CAWI system is used by SDA/GIDE for hundreds of surveys each year. One such survey is data collection from schools in England for Ofsted. Another is collecting school based data from all LEAs in England for DfES (School Surplus Places).
Moreover, our CAWI platform is used in-house by various organisations in France such as LH2 (ex Louis-Harris) and OpinionWay, to program and host online surveys.
Type of customers
Our CAWI is used by all types of customers:
- the institutions for which reliability and data integrity are vital. They may use long questionnaires and complex structures,
- the opinion and market research sector (institutes, advertisers, etc.) who seek productivity and who need an effective, easy to use tool which offers advanced layout possibilities.
