A dedicated and secure monitoring interface

Real-time survey results are available online through an administrative interface.

This interface provides:

• summary counts (frequencies, averages and a series of graphs, plus the respondents' actual answers)
• connection statistics (access to daily figures counting the number of people who have accessed each page of the questionnaire) and
• data export in different formats

Note: Any other formats not available as standard on the interface can be provided on demand.

As soon as a user moves between pages on a form, the information is saved to the server and immediately available via the online real-time reporting interface.

Features:

• Filter summary counts by complete interviews or all interviews
• View just frequency counts, or frequency counts plus textual replies
• View an online report for the whole period of the survey or between selected dates using the date filter
• Jump to a specific question
• View individual responses

Information can also be provided for a range of statistics including count, sum, average, minimum and maximum.

Information that a user enters into a text box can be made available from the administrative interface. This enables comments from users to be seen as soon as they are entered.

Furthermore,

as we are the developers of the CAWI system, we are able to enhance it with any customised export format or specific monitoring module which you may require.

The monitoring site can also include an online tabulation module.
