Customised design
The display of information on a monitor screen is different from any other medium. As such, presenting, for example, a printed form online may not be very effective unless specific online design issues are considered.
In designing online surveys and forms, we consider design features that will make your questionnaires appealing and easy to complete.
Branding
Surveys and forms are formatted using a combination of customised HTML and Cascading Style Sheets technology and therefore they are able to easily adopt a client's look and feel.
Each CAWI system can be branded in the customer's own corporate brand, event or image, with logos, images, company colours, fonts, etc.

Navigation
Our surveys & forms are easy to navigate with a series of buttons with clear functionalities (next page, previous page, save, home, suspend, resume, etc), progress bars, help, introduction and exit pages, links, etc.

Access
Unique identifiers help you track respondents throughout a survey as the responses they give are link to them.
Creating an intelligent survey
Pre population
Surveys can be prepopulated with information you hold about individual respondents, making it easier and faster for respondents to complete surveys.
Features such as:
- text which has been entered once into the form can automatically be entered into related fields, or
- facilities that automatically enter relevant text from one form into another related form,
can be added.
Quota Management
Control how many respondents fill in your survey.
For example, if you are looking for an equal distribution of French students and British students in your survey, we can set a limit on the number of respondents who will be able to access it (i.e. 1000 French students and 1000 British students). When 1000 French students have answered it, then all future French students replying to the survey will be routed to a "quota reached" page.
